He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mallery and Agnes Mallery; and his son Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Biggins; his children, Bobbie Jo Peterson (Jason), Tina Midtling (Brad) and Jeff Mallery (Karla); his siblings, Bill Mallery (Barb), Rose Anderson, Mary Johnson (Wayne) and Bonnie Houger (Larry); and his grandchildren, Kysen, MaKenzie, Eddie, Colton, Tommy, Libbie and Jerzie Jo.
