He was predeceased by: his parents, George Joseph and Martha Frances Wanous (Peach); and his sister Georgia Ann Horn (Phillip). He is survived by: his son Sandy Wanous (Mary Clasen) of Sebeka, Minnesota; his wife Dorothy Wanous; his son Scott Wanous (Jill) of Brainerd, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Nicole Abrahamson (Erik), Robert Wanous (Kari), Jack Wanous and Stephen Wanous (Lindsey Wallace); his stepgranddaughters, Nicole and Amanda Clasen; his great grandchildren, Adam, Lucas, Clara Abrahamson and Aleania Wanous; and his brother Ronald Wanous (Waneta) of Sebeka, Minnesota.
