She was predeceased by: her parents, Duncan MacMillan and Hilma MacMillan (Nurminen); her husband Arne Wiita; her daughter Sara; and her siblings, Duncan and Evie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Jamison, Sandra Lehner, Sherry Minor (Winston), Shelly Wiita and Susan Kinnunen. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and also by great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
