He was predeceased by: his parents, Burrous Miller and Esther Miller (Rudnick); and his siblings, Ronald, Shirley and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Rash of Burt, Iowa.; his daughters, Leslea Morales (Cesar) and Lisa Vasey (Blaise); and his sister Sharon Fortney. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
