It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Donald Farasyn of Searles, Minnesota, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Farasyn (DeSutter); his sister Judy Farasyn; his mother-in-law Bert Marth; his brother-in-law James Marth; and his father Donald Farasyn.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Amy Keech (Steve Netzke) and Tommy Keech; his grandchildren, Troy Anderson, Gavin Keech, Katilyn Johnsen (Dalton), Ethan Netzke, Tyler Keech, Sophie Netzke, Nolan Netzke, Aiden and Braden Keech; his great grandchildren, Zaine Anderson and Greysen Johnsen; and his siblings, Greg Farasyn (Carol), Bob Farasyn (Monica), Tom Farasyn (Jackie), Mark Farasyn (Jenny), Julaine Balbach (Jerry) and Diane Berdan (Steve).
Family requests no flowers. Memorials to Oak Hills Living Center, NUACS, or Kidney Foundation are preferred.
