He is survived by: his wife Pattee; his children, Angela Johnson (Cory) and Adam Hawkinson (Courtney); his grandchildren, Cody Johnson, Jesse Johnson, Charlie Hawkinson and Nathan Hawkinson; and his sisters, Carol Heinzman (Denny) and Nancy Nechas-Lasche (Gary).
