He is survived by: his wife Annita; his children, Richard (Christine Connery), Deanne Forsell (James), Valerie Bouley (Ron) and Kyle; his grandchildren, Adam, Nick, Tyler, Austin, Maren, Erik, Victoria and Allison; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Wesley, Cason, Kolten and Axton; and his brothers, Donald (Bonnie), Raymond (Barbara) and Kenny (Eileen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
