She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gene and Judi Smith; and her uncle Kevin Johnson. She is survived by: her parents, Jim and Kellie; her siblings, Leah Arrizon and Keith Conlan; her grandparents, Harold, Cindy Johnson and Tom Conlan; her nephew Anthony; and her niece Elizabeth. She is also survived by many relatives & friends.
