He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his daughters, Karen, Janet Levine (Jim), Cheryl Irvin (Jeff), Linda and Amy Sapletal (Joe); his grandchildren, Christian, Brianna, Alyssa Levine, Josh, Maia, Ryan Irvin and Chase Sapletal; his sister Sally Walter; and his godsons, Eugene Walter and Mike Kazmierczak. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
