He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Neumann and Minnie Johnson (Lehmann); his son Timothy Paul Neumann; and his siblings, Al Neumann (Dorothy), Shirley Zwinger and Carol Patrin.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Neumann; his children, Mark Neumann, Kerry Larson, Kelly Donohue (Darren Jwanouskos) and James Neumann; his grandchildren, Jennifer Schifsky (Dan), David Neumann (Samantha), Kristina Deppe (Nate), Sondra Pfingsten, Billijean Larson, Blake Donohue, Alyssa Rasmussen (Nick) and Leigha Tyler (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Caleb Schifsky, Jocelyne, Andrew, Mackenzie Deppe, Skyelyn Bower, Alex Van Sickle, Gavin, Arryanna Schallenberger, Wynter Tyler and Lucy Donohue. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
