He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sylvester Wagner and Rita Wagner; and his siblings, Judy Mackey (John), Karen Boyle, Patricia Anderson (Alan), Michael Wagner, Richard Wagner (Connie), Maureen Wagner, Kenneth Wagner, Jenifer Saazter (Jon), Deborah Koch (Tom) and Paul Wagner (Carey). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the ALS Foundation.
