He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul, Erma Felling and Dorothy Starr. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Turner and Joyce Turner (Felling) of Burnsville, MN; his sister Kim; his brother-in-law Scott Kostelecky of Maple Grove, MN; his siblings, Shannon Turner of Ashville, NC and Ryan; his sister-in-law Jennifer Turner of Eagan, MN; his nephews, Tyler, Cody Kostelecky and Max Turner; and his niece Cassie Turner. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (16400 Duluth Ave SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Shawn's name are preferred to Sharing and Caring Hands, 525 N 7th St., Minneapolis, MN 55405.
