He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Koch and Agnes Koch (Havel); and his sister Donna Doran (Joe). He is survived by: his wife Dolores; and his children, Mark Koch (Pamela), Sue Goettl (Scott), Cindy Erickson (Rod), Terry Koch and Ellen Seaver (Larry). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
