He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Halls and Geoline Halls (Hollen); his wife Rose Mary Raaum; his daughter Jeannie Stanely; and his siblings, Ralph, Norse, Robert Jr. "Bobby" and Deeply Missed.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce of Sauk Rapids, Dale of Sturgeon, Jeff of Huntingdon, TN and Julie Fettig of Verdel, NE; his grandchildren, Tyler Halls, Jeff Jr., Stephanie Halls, Ryan Fettig, Jackie Wieseler, Cody Halls, Jenny Halls, Kristy Halls and Rusde Stanley; and his siblings, Guida Quale, Marvin "Skip" Halls, Joyce Peterson and Janie Coleman. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
