He was predeceased by: his father Harold Klein; his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Lorraine Rajkowski; his siblings-in-law, Greg Calvin, Tomas Villanueva, Helen Lofgren and Mary Rajkowski; his stepbrother Tom Justin Jr.; his great-nephew Gage Beumer; and his godparents, Mel, Marie Urbanski and Celine Urbanski.
He is survived by: his mother Esther "Betty" Klein (Knapp) of Waite Park; his wife Anna of St. Joseph; his children, Casandra "Cassie" Klein of St. Joseph, Luke Klein (Matt) of St. Paul, Ben Klein (Sharon) of Sartell, Laura Klein of St. Joseph and Jeff Schmidt (Marlena) of Graceville; his grandchildren, Justin, Courtney, Sierra and Evelyn; his siblings, Joyce Calvin of Kentucky, Mary Lou Stambaugh (Pat) of Lake City, Richard Klein (Sue) of St. Cloud, Kathleen "Kathy" Lintgen (David) of St. Cloud and Scott Klein of St. Augusta; and his stepsister Patty (Tom) of Saint Cloud. He is also survived by friends and in-laws.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Homes-Sauk Rapids (324 2nd Ave S, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Annunciation Catholic Church (9965 Mayhew Lake Rd NE, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379).
