It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary C. Mendel of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peschl and Alice Peschl (Keehr); her husband Donald Mendel; her sons-in-law, Mike Chaika and John Scapanski; and her siblings, Warren Peschl Sr., Merlin Turner, Dorothy Larson and Virginia Brand.
She is survived by: her children, Lloyd Mendel (Penny) of Foley, Bev Mendel of Sauk Rapids and Cheryl Scapanski of Sauk Rapids; her sister Arlene "Bonnie" Willenbring (Fritz) of Richmond; and her grandchildren, Daniel Mendel (Kathy), Heidi Anderson (Joel), Cassie Endvick (Jamie) and Adam Scapanski. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
