She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sandau and Ina Sandau; her husband Duane Johnson; her siblings, Eleanor Kissling, Darwin and Dwayne Sandau; and her nephews, Terry and Kim Kissling.

She is survived by: her grandson James Rajkowski (Duane); and her friend Kim Brandell (Bob). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
