He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Surma (Swintek) and Stanley Surma; his brothers, Merrence, Del, Mark and Stanley Jr.; his son Lee; and his son-in-law Brad Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Iris Korll; his children, Greg, Jane Dale, Michael (Jolinda), Julie (John Davis) and Jill (John Marthaler); his grandchildren, Angela Potts (Jason), Michael Dale, Benjamin Surma, Amanda Surma, Tori Surma, Isaac Surma, Sophi Christian (Grayson), Jack Davis and Liza Davis (Chris Nootenboom); and his great grandchildren, Lila, Avery Potts and Rosalie Surma.
As there will be many senior and Covid vulnerable individuals in attendance, proper virus precautions are expected at the visitation, funeral, and dinner.
