He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kuklock and Agnes Kuklock (Retka). He is survived by: his wife Marion; his children, Jeff (Roxanne) and Julie Gaulke (Charlie); his grandsons, Chuck, Jake and Jimmy; his brother Ben (Donna); and his goddaughters, Ann Kuklock and Sue Smith. He is also survived by in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sauk Rapids, Poor Clare Monastery of Sauk Rapids or Quiet Oaks Hospice House.
