He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Eisenschenk and Elizabeth Eisenschenk (Bartel); his in-laws, Ralph and Rose Simon; his brothers, Roger and Ronald Eisenschenk; and his brother-in-law Terrance Simon.
He is survived by: his wife Celeste Simon; his children, Lisa Mulder (Kevin), Todd Eisenschenk, Scott Eisenschenk (Amber), Nicholas Eisenschenk, Matthew Umbreit (Angie) of Tucson, AZ, Amy Bisers (Artis) and Elizabeth Feld (Justin); his grandchildren, Luke, Lakita, Allyssa, Wyatt, Serenity, Hannah, Carter, Addison, Owen, Emmi, Taylor, Dakotah and Laylah; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Ava and Ella; his siblings, Leander Eisenschenk (Elaine), Eugene Eisenschenk (Dottie), Dorothy Notsch (Jerry), Frank Eisenschenk (Mary Jo), Joanna Ruprecht (Jim), Avon, Mark Eisenschenk (Diane), Mary Ann Terwey (Steve), Betz Marquette (Mike) and Lois Gilgen; and his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey Simon (Jennifer) of Greenville, NH and Charlotte Eisenschenk.
