With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael J. Brenny (Sauk Rapids, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 30, 2025 at the age of 43. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerome, Clara Brenny and Pauline Szczech. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Brenny and Sandra Brenny (Szczech) of Sauk Rapids; his children, Lucy Annie of Sauk Rapids, Blake Jerome of Sauk Rapids, Layla Elizabeth of Sauk Rapids and Ellie Clara Brenny of Sauk Rapids; his siblings, Tammy Forliti (Alex) of Delano, Wendy Forsythe (Jerry) of Pine, CO, Heidi Kinder (Matthew) of Wayzata and Matthew Brenny (Danielle) of St. Cloud; his nieces and nephews, Claire, Grant, Jake Forliti, Grady, Gunnar, Graham Forsythe, Molly, Jack, Brody, Katie Kinder, Drew, Boe, Cruz and Demi Brenny; and his close friend Carina Dawson of Baxter.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (7286 Duelm Rd NE, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379).
