He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leyk and Esther Leyk (Vogt); his siblings, Irene Packert (Leonard), LeRoy Leyk and Elmer Leyk; and his brothers-in-law, George Iees and Ronald Hanson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Iees of Sauk Rapids and Nancy Hanson of Escondido, CA; and his sister-in-law Carole Leyk of Roseville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
