It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret L. Smolnik of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, born in Alexandria, Minnesota, who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Kelly and Ann Kelly (Wettels); her husband James A. Smolnik; her son Terry; her stepson Gary; and her sister Carol Ann Vold.
She is survived by: her son John Smolnik (Jessie) of Stillwater; her grandchildren, Maia and Luke Smolnik; her stepdaughters, Kathy Reinertson of Sartell and Janelle "Crickett" Visco (Mario) of Florida; and her sisters, Joanie Larson (Jon) of St. Louis Park and Dorothy Kelly of Lodi, CA..
Memorials are preferred to Trinity Lutheran Church.
