It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Malvina M. McLaird of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on October 11, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Tchida and Viola Tchida (Bahr); her husband Virgil McLaird of Peter's Catholic Church; and her brothers, Clifford and Norman Tchida.

She is survived by: her children, Richard (Patricia) of Cold Spring, Steve (Bobbi) of Brooklyn Park, Linda Neubauer (Ben) of Avon, Dean (David Zimmerman) of Roseville and Dale (Jennifer) of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota; her brother Merv Tchida (Cleo) of Aberdeen; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Tchida of Duluth and Lois Tchida of Sisseton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Moments Hospice or the Tri-County Humane Society.
