With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerome L. Mehrwerth (Sauk Rapids, Minnesota), who passed away on March 9, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mehrwerth and Marie Mehrwerth (Schmit); his daughter Cynthia Mehrwerth; and his siblings, Isabelle Stang, Arthur Mehrwerth, Virginia Peschl and Floyd Mehrwerth.
He is survived by: his wife Glenice "Glennie" of Sauk Rapids; his children, Keith Mehrwerth (Linda Koll) of St. Cloud, Kevin Mehrwerth (Rebecca) of Sauk Rapids, Michelle "Shelly" LaPage (Dave) of Crystal, Susan "Sue" Wardlow (Greg) of Houston, TX, LuAnn Tangen of Bloomington, Wayne Tangen of Fortuna, ND, Dan Tangen (Shelly) of Lakeville, Bev Gregory of San Diego, CA and Marcia Beier of Belgrade; and his sisters, Donna Andes of Thomas, VA, Marjo Keller of Breckenridge and Mary Lou Schwieters of Waite Park. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
