She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael and Olivia; and her husband Jerome Kampa. She is survived by: her daughters, Jo Ann Komzak (Georg) of St. Albert, Jennifer Rask (Richard) of Outing and Judi Kampa of Little Elm, TX; and her grandchildren, Robert Rask (Jennifer), Raschel Rask, Rebecca Rankin (Jordan) and Monique Kampa. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
