He is survived by: his wife Mary Ley of Sauk Rapids; his children, Stacy Hanson (Eric) of Clear Lake, Ty Forner (Tiffany) of St. Cloud and Tony Forner (Lisa) of Palmer; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Taylor, Kyle, Riley, Carter, Grayson and Avery; and his sisters, Connie Sanden (Richard) of Avon, Wendy Rothfork (Mike) of Backus and Terry Forner of South Haven.
