He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Daniels and Agnes Daniels (Brom); and his siblings, Darlene Dols and Daryl. He is survived by: his wife Kay Gardiner of St. Cloud; his children, Steve (Julia) of Rice, Jon (Terri Burkhart) of Orrock Township and Stacy Bastien (Todd) of St. Cloud; his grandchildren, Courtney, Heather, Jake, Sam, Max, Missy and Lexi; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Cade, Ben and Charlie; and his sisters, Deanna Zinken of St. Joseph and Dorene Bielejeski of Waite Park.

Memorials are preferred to Quiet Oaks Hospice House.
