He is survived by: his spouse Caroline Veronica Schaefer; his children, Brian Borgerding (Mary) of Sauk Centre, Scott Borgerding (Kim) of Melrose, Greg Borgerding (Christy) of Rogers, Brenda Jensen (Roger) of Holdingford and Rod Borgerding (Melanie) of Coon Rapids; and his siblings, Alice Sunderman of Grey Eagle, Ralph Borgerding (Arlis) of Sauk Centre, Carol Kramer of Chanhassen and Arlene Fuchs of Elrosa. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
