He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Frank of Sauk Centre; his children, Shauna Toenyan (Lucio), Shaylea Torres (Paco), Dahlton Frank, Daquilia Frank, Kayleisha Frank, Karay Frank, Skyley Frank and Blayde Frank; his grandchildren, Gabby, Natalie, Leaca, Leo, Daytn, Zach and Belle; his parents, Rodney Frank, Sr. (Loretta) and Bonnie Weber (Steve); his sisters, Rebecca Frank, Carol Ariola (Dean) and Jessica Bond (Nate); and his siblings-in-law, Val Young, Wade Young, Jason Rambo and Nissa Doubek (Matt). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
