He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Stier and Anna Stier (Vlieger); his wife Charlotte Tomoson; his daughter Susan Radil; and his siblings, Betty, Russ, Dean and Lloyd.
He is survived by: his children, Bob "Chuck" Stier (Deb), Debbie Schutz (Jerry), Terry Stier (Denise), Rose Bullick and Paul Stier (Ginny). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.
