He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Peters and Cora Peters (Wiener); his sister MaryAnn Spanier; his great grandchild Braylee Pridal; and also, Jim and Bob.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Rose Rooney; his children, Patty Odegard of Sauk Centre, Susan Maus (Ed) of Kimball, Jean Zimmer (Lyle) of Turlock, CA, Steve Peters (Grace) of Peoria, AZ, Rose Larson (Todd) of Sartell, Deb Eisenschenk (Brian) of Cold Spring, Jerry Peters (Stacie) of Big Lake and Jeff Peters (Melanie) of Sauk Centre; his brothers, George Peters (Delores) of Sauk Centre and Herb Peters (Alice) of Sauk Centre; and his grandchildren, Jason Odegard, Jenna Maus, Lyle Zimmer, Jr., Jarrett Pridal, Sam Larson, Tracy Eisenschenk, Tyler Peters and Lindsay Peters. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
