He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald "Pike" and Lucille "Sue" Neal (Bosshardt); his brother Kenneth Neal; his sister-in-law Karen Neal; his father-in-law Eldon Sell; his sister Deanna; and his brothers-in-law, Dick Davison and James Sell.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sue Sell; his children, Meghan, Micah and Molly; his grandchildren, Nadia Stadsvold, Wesley, Otto, Baby Neal, Quincy and Kelty Anderson; his siblings, James Neal of Stillwater, Janice Voss (Fred) of St. Michael, Dick Neal (Sue) of West Fargo and LuAnn Rousslange (Duane) of Sauk Centre; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Neal of Sauk Centre and Nancy Berg of Minnetonka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
