She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pappenfus and Alma Pappenfus (Loosebroek); her husband Dick Polipnick; her sons, Mark Polipnick and Michael Polipnick; her grandson Elijah Meyer; her siblings, Robert Pappenfus (Marian) and Dorothy Roberts; and her brother-in-law Al Ellering.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Dold (Steve) of Sauk Centre, Patricia Barber (Greg) of New London, Sara Sibell (Al) of Osakis, Judith Emorie of Annandale, Amy Stefans (Tim) of Brooklyn Park, Maria Minette (Jerry) of Sauk Centre, Kathryn Uphus (Joe) of Sauk Centre, Karen Kemper (Mark) of San Diego, Beth Pilacinski (Darin) of Montemedhi, Philip Polipnick (Jacque) of Sauk Centre and Ann Meyer (Bob) of Sauk Centre; her daughters-in-law, Myrna Polipnick–Griffin of Lakeville and Kay Marquardt of South Carolina; and her sister Carlyn Ellering of Melrose. She is also survived by 39 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren.
