He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Carl, Sr. and Leah Chloe Bugge (Pfleeger); his wife Helen Bugge (Schiley); his stepson Daniel; and his siblings, Gene and Alice.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Ayers (Jim) of Brooklyn Park and Shelley Heutmaker (Kevin) of South St; his stepsons, Michael (Nancy), Douglas (Wendy) and Ronald (Sue); and his brother Ernest Bugge, Jr. (Marcene). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to health and safety concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Memorial Service for Lee is being postponed.
