He was predeceased by: his parents, William Quinlan and Jean Quinlan (Carpenter); his aunt Helen Dwyer; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Quinlan, Karen Hefferan, Paula Hefferan and Dave Hefferan; and his cousin Patty Dwyer.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Hefferan; his children, Kenneth Quinlan Jr. "Beau" of San Diego, CA, David Quinlan (Amanda) of Monticello, MN, Carrie Ann Melton (Tim) of Gold Canyon, AZ and Christine Stein (Michael) of Villard, MN; his daughter-in-law Yayoi Quinlan of San Diego, CA; his siblings, Wendy Pannone of Colchester, CT, Don Quinlan of Vancouver, WA and David Quinlan of Sumner, ME; and his grandchildren, Christian, Evan and Natalie Quinlan. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
