We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2018, at the age of 88, Katherine M. Schmiesing (Sauk Centre, Minnesota), born in Raymond, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Schmiesing; her parents, John Kinsella and Mary Kinsella; her granddaughter Madison Schmiesing; and her siblings, Gertrude Wielenberg, Irene Marthaler, Robert Kinsella, Lloyd Kinsella, Bernard Kinsella and Paul Berscheit.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Vasey (Barth) of Sauk Centre, Thomas Schmiesing, Daniel, Tanner, Marcus, Mackenzie Schmiesing of Sauk Centre and Cynthia Banovetz (John); her grandchildren, John Doyle, Katherine, Matthew Banovetz of Edina, Terry Schmiesing (Rachel), Kelly, Derek, Hannah Schmiesing and Lila Barrett of Minneapolis; and her brother John Berscheit of Sauk Centre.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
