It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Gilbert (Sauk Centre, Minnesota), born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on July 7, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harold R. Gilbert; her son James H. Gilbert; her parents, Marion Johnson and Frances Johnson; and her brother Paul H. Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Volkmann (Mary) of Plymouth and Michael Gilbert (Ella) of Villard; her grandchildren, Kerry Jessen (Kerry), Julie Winters (Ryan), Chris Volkmann (Katy), Nick Volkmann (Camille), Tammy O'Neil (David), James Gilbert (Leah) and Jenny Gilbert; and her siblings, Gilbert M. Johnson (Svea) and Sandra Faubert. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
