He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Peterson and Vivian Coons Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Jane Peterson Krupke (Jerry Edblad), James Scott Peterson (Eric Stensberg), Brenda Sarlette (Marty), Kurt Nelson (Cindy) and Patti Nelson (Bruce Reidner); his sisters, Karen Peterson and Sue Vance (Don); and also, Mary Klas Peterson, David Peterson and Bob Peterson (Nancy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
