With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hildegard Bromenshenkel (Sauk Centre, Minnesota), born in Melrose, Minnesota, who passed away on December 5, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schley and Katherine Schley (Lang); her husband Victor "Vic" Bromenshenkel; and her siblings, Frank Schley, Edmund Schley, Helen Kollmann, Dorothy Reller, Mary Brekas, Theresa Lyman, Sophie Meyer and Marcella Fahlgren.
She is survived by: her children, Gene Bromenshenkel (Carol) of Duluth, Dave Bromenshenkel (Irma) of Sauk Centre, Marilyn Uhlenkamp (Lyle) of Sauk Centre, Linda Clayton (Chuck) of Mazeppa, Larry Bromenshenkel (Dorothy) of Sauk Centre and Tina Hong (Tom) of Maple Grove. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Holy Family School in Sauk Centre.
