She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Skilling and Marie Skilling (Saunders); her husband Dr. Henry Banal; her son Dominic Banal; her former husband Doyle Hanson; her stepfather Al Rammer; her sister Anne; her brother-in-law Jerry Sogge; and her niece Mary Anne Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Sauser (Michael) of Pine City, Thomas Banal (Karen) of Sauk Centre, Susan Banal (Andrew Tanick) of Minnetonka and Mark Banal of Hopkins; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Danielle (Toby), Christopher Banal (Bella) and Talia Tanick.
Memorials are preferred to Place of Hope in St. Cloud.
