He is survived by: his wife Judy Parks; his sons, Thomas, Anthony, Todd and Troy; his daughter-in-law Melissa; his daughters, Claire and Cate; his daughter-in-law Heather; his daughters, Sophie, Scarlett and Brianna; his daughter-in-law Melanie; his son Adam; his grandchildren, Emma and Adam; and his daughter Juliette.
