He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Spehn and Louise Spehn (Kramer). He is survived by: his wife Janice Spehn of Sauk Centre; and his children, Steve Spehn (Cindy) of Kilkenny, Julie Spehn of Coon Rapids, Stacy Hutchinson of Brooklyn Park, Jeff Spehn (Colleen) of Champlin and Scott Spehn (Nicko) of Shakopee. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
