Ricketts; his children, James Kamphenkel (Robin) of Sauk Centre and Donna Alvarez (John) of Mandan, ND; his grandchildren, Wade Alvarez (Jacque), Casie Aufenthie (Chris), Jaime Kamphenkel, Briana Kamphenkel and Brady Kamphenkel; his great grandchildren, Thomas Alvarez, Faith Alvarez, Piper Aufenthie, Elayna Kamphenkel and Taryn Kamphenkel; his grandchild Taylor Lambrecht (Gretchen); his great grandchild Finola; his niece Karen Jenkins (Marty); and also Allen Rosenow (Cheryl).
