It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvina Dierkhising of Sauk Centre, Minnesota, born in Lastrup, Minnesota, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Primus and Mary Primus (Athmann); her husband Tony Dierkhising; her children, Elaine Agnes Dierkhising and Raymond Dierkhising; her son-in-law Vern Botz; and her siblings, Ann Zenzen, Bertha Ruhoff, Marcella Primus, Chryst, Edmund, Leander, William and Marvin Primus.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Botz of Sauk Centre, LeRoy Dierkhising (Carol) of Sauk Centre, Virgil Dierkhising (Sharon) of Hugo and Mark Dierkhising (Dee) of Melrose; and her brother Ervin Primus (Rose) of Elk River. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
