He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gronau and Rose Gronau (Reimer). He is survived by: his sons, Shane Gronau (Mitchell) and Chad Gronau (Carla); his granddaughter Kalley Gallagher (Dan); his great grandchildren, Alani and Zayden; and his brother John Gronau (Donna).
