She is survived by: her parents, Lance Baert and Mary Baert (Mack) of Sartell; her siblings, Elaina Perpetua, Penelope Constance and Lavella Eve Baert; her grandparents, Teresa, Jeffrey Baert, Andrew and Christine Mack; and her great-grandparents, Janice and Ronald Baert.
