He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tadych and Cecilia Tadych (Jedlicka); his former wives, Florence Pattock and Aloise Knutson; his daughter Michelle Queenan; and his brother Hilary.
He is survived by: his wife Delores "Doree" Canfield of Sartell; his daughter Lavon Kielkucki (Tony) of Lester Prairie; his son-in-law Steve Queenan of Hutchinson; his stepchildren, Kimberly Neyssen (Jeff) of Sauk Rapids, Todd Canfield (Janice) of Sauk Rapids, DeeAnn McCardle (Kevin) of McGregor and Jill Houde (Ron) of Siren, WI; his sisters, Julie Moulzolf (Marcel) of Sartell and Geraldine Studniski (Robert) of Hilman; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Tadych of Foley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, due to allergies, memorials are preferred to Disabled American Veterans or Veterans Administration Hospice.
