He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Speers and Dolly Speers (Rowland); his brother Jim (Barbara); his niece Leslie; his nephews, Randy and Tim; his great-nephew Nick; and his brother-in-law Chuck DeBoer.
He is survived by: his sisters, Harriet DeBoer (Jim) and Karen Schelonka (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and very special friends.
