With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jan Ellen Hulleman of Sartell, Minnesota, born in Waconia, Minnesota, who passed away on February 6, 2021 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Ford and Jean Ford (Jarvis); her former husband Bradley Hulleman; and her grandchildren, Aubree, Ava, Avery Middendorf, Juliana Middendorf and Jonah Juarez.
She is survived by: her former husband Greg Lindahl; her children, Jessalyn Middendorf (Jonathan) of Sauk Centre, Leah Juarez (Reymundo) of Albuquerque, NM, Bradley Hulleman (Makayla) of Waite Park and Daniel Hulleman (Katelyn) of Fridley; her siblings, Constance Ford of Park Rapids, Richard Ford (Adriana) of Minneapolis, John Ford (Sandy) of Lino Lakes, Colleen Omlid (Tom) of Casa Grande, AZ and Amy Ford of Park Rapids; and her grandchildren, Brielle, Ethan Middendorf, Noah, Zachariah, Elijah, Isaiah, Josiah, Selah, Micah Juarez, Olivia, Kieran Hulleman and Emerson Hulleman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
